Interim Management
We know how important it is for you to maintain business as usual, so what happens when key people leave, are off sick or on holiday? Instead of overloading remaining staff or muddling through, Maderne can provide experienced and qualified interim managers who will hit the ground running and keep you safe, legally compliant and fully operational.
For operational waste facilities, technically competent cover is vital to ensure compliance with any Waste Management Licence or Environmental Permit. Currently we hold the following Certificates of Technical Competence (CoTC):
- •Hazardous Waste Transfer
- •Managing Hazardous Landfill
- •Aerobic Composting
- •Non-hazardous Transfer & Treatment
- •Land Spreading of Non-hazardous Waste.
All CoTC holders regularly undertake the Continuing Competence examinations to ensure their qualifications are up-to-date for your peace of mind. CoTC cover is usually provided for 16 hours per week in line with most Environmental Permits but please contact us if your needs are different.
No minimum length of contract or commitment is required.
